I’m Andrés Tello
Co-founder and founding developer of IFScore – a core-banking solution built on modern architecture principles aligned to Mexico regulation.
Today, I am expanding my work through RegulaTech, a consulting and RegTech initiative that applies Governance, Model Control Policies (MCP), and data-driven regulatory models to strengthen transparency and operational integrity across financial and public sectors.
Building on BIAN
For the past several years, much of my work has focused on making BIAN operational beyond theory. A core part of this strategy involves leading an ever-growing team in Mexico to provide nearshoring services for BIAN implementation and development. This work translates BIAN’s service landscape into real, measurable frameworks that integrate AI, compliance, and risk governance, and includes:
• Applying BIAN concepts to risk, regulatory reporting, and architecture modernization across multiple financial entities.
• Designing BIAN-aligned semantic APIs and service domains.
• Implementing AI and MCP governance models that interact with BIAN service definitions.
